If some people are to be believed, though, this pastime is more harmful to your health than smearing yourself with honey and jumping into the bear enclosure at the local zoo. It can't all be true though, can it? The answer is no, it probably isn't. Some of the anti-vaping sentiment comes from scaremongering stories, and while no one's claiming that vaping is completely harmless (or at least they shouldn't be), it certainly seems like a comparatively safe option when weighed up against the alternatives. There are certainly some side effects of vaping, though, which are detailed below. |

1 Comment22 April 2016 Buttery popcorn and marshmallow, pie crust, caramel and vanilla,. Kentucky bourbon with toasted coconut and caramelised brown sugar, aged in an oak barrel for three weeks. There’s no denying that the e-liquid flavours available on the market today are both mad and delicious. Like a kid gone crazy with a colouring pen, it seems there’s no end to the creative concoctions these people can think up. |
22 April 2016  You've started vaping, but naturally, you still have a few questions unanswered. One of these could well be how does vaping affect cardio? We all know that smoking does you no favours with regards to exercise and sports performance, limiting your cardiovascular fitness. Yet vaping is so different from smoking that it doesn't necessarily mean that they both affect your body in the same way. |

21 April 2016 You might be new to vaping, or you might have been doing it for a while and only recently stopped to wonder whether there were any side effects of vaping with e-cigs. Unfortunately there's so much propaganda and misinformation floating around that it can sometimes be hard to get to the bottom of it all. Like with any foreign substance entering the body, some people are likely to experience some side effects to e-cigs, but these are mainly pretty tame, and many people vape with no apparent ill-effects whatsoever. Regardless, here's a few of the things that could potentially occur should you choose to use e-cigs. |
